Position: Technology Risk Management Expert at Dayforce

As part of the Enterprise Risk Management team, you will lead efforts to assess and govern operational and technology risks.

Your role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure risks are understood and addressed consistently. Utilizing your experience in risk metrics and indicators, you'll contribute to more effective enterprise risk reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage technology and operational risk frameworks

• Create metrics that translate activity into actionable insights

• Validate risks with Product, Cybersecurity, and IT Operations

• Analyze trends in incidents for risk and resilience insights

• Participate in executive-level governance discussions

Requirements:

• Eight years of experience in technology risk or related fields

• Strong grasp of operational resilience and incident management

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Familiarity with risk management practices and frameworks

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field
