Blue Yonder Consultant/Developer – SCPO, Demand Planning, Oracle SQL & Control-M

Location: Mississauga, Hybrid- 2 days in office a week

Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of Blue Yonder (JDA) Supply Chain Planning and Optimization (SCPO) architecture.

• Experience with SCPO data model, metadata configuration, batch processing framework, and system administration.

• Knowledge of Demand Planning, Fulfillment, and platform-level configurations.

• Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Demand Planning applications.

• Understanding of forecasting concepts, forecasting hierarchies, causal forecasting, and forecast consumption.

• Ability to develop custom solutions and support forecast-related business processes.

• Knowledge of Fulfillment master data configuration and batch execution.

• Experience working in Blue Yonder SaaS-hosted environments.

• Strong understanding of BY tables and entity relationships.

• Ability to analyze data flow between source systems and Blue Yonder applications.

• Knowledge on BY Control-M Batch flow, Monitoring and troubleshooting failed batch executions.

• Experience troubleshooting platform-level issues and application performance bottlenecks.

• Understanding of workflows, option sets, searches, user security, and environment management.

Technical Skills

• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development experience.

• Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (KSH/BASH), Development and maintenance of shell scripts for automation.

• Control-M Scheduler Administration and Support.

• Data validation and reconciliation between source systems and BY applications.

• Debugging production issues through data analysis.

• Production Support and Incident Management, Incident analysis and resolution.

• Data cleanup and reconciliation scripts.

• Automation scripts for data validation and maintenance activities.
