Project Manager (Spanish Speaker)
Hybrid:  3 days on-site
Salary:  $100k - $105k depending on experience
We are looking for a  Project Manager II  to manage project delivery within a multi-client, multi-product banking technology portfolio.
The role is suited for someone who understands software delivery, banking operations, client communication, project governance, risk management, commercial awareness, change control, and the coordination required to successfully implement banking solutions through testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
This role will also support our continued expansion across  Latin America . As such, professional proficiency in  Spanish   is a must  to facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the region.
The successful candidate will combine disciplined project management with strong client engagement, commercial awareness, and practical leadership to successfully deliver complex banking technology initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities   Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned banking technology projects, including upgrades, implementations, integrations, migrations, enhancements, and production deployments.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and action logs.
Work with internal teams to confirm effort estimates, delivery feasibility, technical dependencies, testing requirements, deployment steps, support needs, and readiness criteria.
Track approved scope against delivery activities; identify and surface potential scope changes, delivery gaps, undocumented requests, or commercial implications before they become issues.
Monitor project financial health, including approved scope, change requests, resource utilization, delivery effort, and potential commercial impacts, escalating concerns appropriately.
Act as the project-level point of contact for assigned client initiatives, taking ownership of client meetings, working sessions, testing updates, deployment discussions, issue reviews, follow-up actions, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
Maintain professional, culturally aware communication with banking stakeholders, executive leadership, technical teams, and third-party vendors across international environments.
Support client engagements across Latin America by facilitating project delivery, stakeholder communication, and project governance in both English and Spanish, where applicable.
Coordinate activities across third-party vendors, technology partners, and implementation providers to ensure integrated project delivery.
Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, RAID logs, Steering Committee presentations, deployment readiness updates, and portfolio reporting.
Plan, facilitate, and present project updates during Steering Committee meetings, ensuring executives receive concise progress updates, risks, decisions, and recommended actions.
Escalate risks, blockers, scope concerns, commercial implications, and delivery constraints early, with clear impact assessments and recommended mitigation strategies.
Support governance discipline by ensuring project work proceeds with the required approvals, documentation, scope clarity, stakeholder alignment, and commercial oversight.
Conduct project lessons learned and retrospective sessions, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Surface potential product improvements, delivery risks, client needs, and commercial opportunities, communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders.
Understand project dependencies across the broader portfolio and collaborate with other Project Managers to proactively manage shared risks, resource constraints, and delivery priorities.
Leverage approved AI tools to improve project planning, documentation, reporting, meeting preparation, risk identification, and administrative efficiency while maintaining appropriate governance and confidentiality.
What You Bring   University degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or equivalent education and experience.
