This full-time position reports to the IT Manager and involves translating business needs into actionable system changes. The role focuses on gathering requirements, enhancing ERP applications, and producing operational dashboards using Power BI and SQL. Your impact will drive efficiencies and improve data quality across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements

• Document and prioritize business requirements and workflows

• Test and validate application changes and enhancements

• Support ERP lifecycle activities and UAT coordination

• Develop operational reports and analytical views using Power BI

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and MS-O365

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
