RBC Insurance is seeking a Director to own a governance-focused consumption layer on our Snowflake platform. You will define what ready-to-use means for data, and lead a team that builds semantic data products while collaborating with Data Platform, Engineering, Analytics, and insights teams.
You will translate business needs into governed data products, ensure self-serve analytics readiness, and drive a scalable, compliant data layer for BI, operations, and AI applications.
