• Lead team in managing Cyber Security Engineering activities

• Develop and manage KPIs and KRIs for security functions

• Provide coaching to junior team members

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity

• Experience in the food industry is preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

• Proven track record in leading teams

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred
