Flynn Group of Companies, North America’s leading building envelope contractor, is seeking an IT Service Technician for our Mississauga office. You will handle day-to-day end-user tickets, manage hardware and software, and provide in-person support to local users while coordinating with the Help Desk.
The role requires strong customer service skills, ITIL familiarity, and experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and endpoint management tools. Travel to regional offices may be required.
