Key Responsibilities:

• Support users of Citi Applications with technical issues

• Act as a liaison between users and internal tech teams

• Test disaster recovery procedures and application releases

• Analyze applications to pinpoint risks and security concerns

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
Requirements:

• Basic understanding of applications support concepts

• Working knowledge of SQL and related tools

• 2+ years’ experience in a relevant field preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
