You will play a critical role in assisting clients with network infrastructure projects, patching, structured cabling, and troubleshooting hardware issues. Building strong relationships while providing excellent service is essential as you engage with diverse manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites for network projects

• Perform rack & stack and cabling tasks

• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues

• Manage installations of network equipment

• Document incidents using ticketing systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of network support experience

• CCNA certification required

• Proficient in switches, routers, and cabling

• Willingness to travel to client locations

• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
