Network Services Tech

Insight Global is hiring a  Network Services Technician  for a growing organization that has recently expanded into Canada. This is a customer-facing position supporting enterprise and manufacturing clients onsite with network infrastructure installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

What You'll Be Doing:

Travel to customer sites to support network infrastructure projects

Perform rack & stack, patching, and structured cabling work

Work within network closets and data room environments

Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issues

Support moves, adds, changes, and installations of network equipment

Utilize ticketing systems to document incidents and resolutions

Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service

Must-Haves:

3+ years of hands-on network support experience

CCNA certification

Experience with structured cabling, patch panels, switches, and routers

Comfortable working onsite at customer locations and manufacturing facilities

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience supporting industrial/manufacturing environments

Completed or active pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technology related fiel

Experience with rack & stack deployments and network closet management

The expected Annual Salary for this position falls between $85,000 to $95,000/year +any major perks. This Posting is for a current vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
