Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Major Incidents (P1/P2) from detection to closure

• Coordinate responses during critical production incidents

• Facilitate collaborative calls between teams and stakeholders

• Maintain clear communication on incident progress

• Work across teams including Application Support and Security
Requirements:

• Extensive background in Incident Management

• Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL frameworks

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Proven ability to function in a high-pressure atmosphere
