You need five years of hands-on experience in engineering Microsoft environments and a track record of managing incidents and successful project deliveries.

Your role will involve mentoring Tier 2 analysts and collaborating closely with other teams to enforce operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the final escalation point for service issues

• Direct all actions during major incidents effectively

• Implement complex changes while planning for rollbacks

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in Microsoft ecosystems
