Pay Range: $63 - $65/hour.

• 5-8+ years in Service Now development, with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.

• Portal/Ul Builder, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.

• Deep knowledge of CSM processes (Case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge Management, SLAs).

• Agile / Scrum, Dev Ops, ITIL processes.

• CSA:
  Service Now Certified System Administrator
• CAD:
  Service Now Certified Application Developer
• CIS-CSM:
  Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management
