Elevate enterprise applications' stability with Cognizant as a Technical Analyst in Mississauga, Ontario. Ensure high availability, provide production support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams as a valued member of the Cloud Infrastructure and Security team. Your responsibilities include monitoring application performance, managing incident and change processes, and executing troubleshooting practices. This onsite position requires four days a week in the office, balancing work and life effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications
• Monitor application performance and resolve incidents
• Manage ITSM processes like Incident and Change Management
• Troubleshoot batch jobs using ZEKE Scheduler
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues
Requirements:
• 2+ years supporting IBM Mainframe applications
• 2+ years with ZEKE Scheduler or similar tools
• Experience in ITSM processes
• Proficient in SQL for troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
