• SQL and Database Connectivity (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, etc.)
• Scheduling, Publication, and Report Distribution
• Monitoring and Auditing
• Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery
• Production Support and Incident Management
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP Business Objects environments.
• Administer CMS, CMC, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and related BO platform components.
• Manage user access, roles, groups, folders, and security permissions.
• Monitor system health, server performance, and platform availability.
• Perform BO platform migrations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
• Configure and manage report scheduling, publication, and distribution processes.
• Troubleshoot platform, reporting, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Perform CMS repository maintenance, backup, and recovery activities.
• Optimize BO server performance and resource utilization.
• Support integration with databases, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO solutions.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for report deployment and platform support.
• Manage production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and runbooks.
• Ensure platform compliance with security, audit, and governance requirements.
• Participate in on-call support and production release activities.

Salary Range - CA $ 100,000 - CA $ 120,000 Per annum
