This pivotal role at Ingram Micro is designed for a senior technical expert with extensive AWS experience. Your responsibility will include managing escalated support tickets, improving processes for first-time resolution, and enhancing the team’s technical knowledge base. You will directly influence customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage escalated AWS-related support cases effectively

• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues using AWS services

• Mentor team members to enhance their support skills

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and SOPs

• Join an on-call rotation for urgent AWS-related problems
Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or similar field

• Over 8 years’ experience in IT support roles

• 4+ years of direct AWS support experience

• Expertise in network performance and connectivity troubleshooting

• AWS certifications such as Dev Ops Engineer or equivalent
