Echelon Insurance Business Solutions Analyst

Join Echelon Insurance as a Business Solutions Analyst, where you'll enhance system performance and user experience. This role involves business analysis, user testing, and integration of solutions in a full-time capacity.

This is a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract set within the ECH - Business Solutions team. You will interpret business needs, execute risk assessments, and help maintain essential insurance applications like Guidewire. Attention to detail is vital as you ensure acceptable user experiences and support inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business requirements into system solutions

• Conduct user acceptance testing for quality assurance

• Configure and maintain insurance applications for usability

• Manage user access and provide technical support

• Support stakeholders during system implementations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in business or IT management

• Asset:
Business Analyst education or experience

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based applications
