Mid-Career Business Analyst at Echelon

Echelon Insurance is looking for a mid-career Business Solutions Analyst to drive system enhancements and user satisfaction. Focused on analysis and configuration, this full-time role offers a supportive work environment.

This 12-month Maternity Leave Contract within the ECH - Business Solutions department offers the chance to engage actively in understanding business requirements and translating them into efficient system solutions. You will handle user acceptance testing, risk assessments, and maintain applications such as Guidewire to serve both brokers and the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into effective system solutions

• Perform user acceptance and integration testing

• Manage configurations of critical insurance applications

• Provide Level 1 support for technical issues

• Coordinate access requests and audits

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or IT management

• Previous Business Analyst experience is a plus

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Proficient in Windows applications and MS Office suite

• Detail-oriented with a focus on technology
