Position: ONroute IT Infrastructure Manager
Become the IT Infrastructure Manager at ONroute in Mississauga. Focus on optimizing IT systems and ensuring operational success across all service plazas.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CFO to manage ONroute's technology landscape, ensuring security, performance, and reliability of key IT platforms. Your expertise will drive improvements and streamline processes while enhancing the overall travel experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT infrastructure management across all locations

• Ensure reliability of POS and internal systems

• Oversee IT asset lifecycle and performance

• Identify modernization opportunities through analytics

• Negotiate with IT vendors for effective service delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related field

• 5-8 years in IT management roles

• Proven experience with POS systems and multi-site environments

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
