Travel to Office expectations   For Remote Roles:
If this role is remote, there will be in‑office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi‑annual and annual team meetings.
For Hybrid Roles:
If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi‑weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.
About the role  As a Technical Program Manager within Technical Services, you will be responsible for managing project scheduling, capacity planning, delivery governance, and go‑live readiness for Data Migration initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Resource Management, customers, and technical delivery teams, you will ensure projects are prioritized, planned, and delivered on schedule while balancing organizational capacity and business objectives.

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence through process improvement, automation, AI‑enabled solutions, and data‑driven decision‑making that enhance delivery efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic problem‑solving, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Reporting into the Sr Manager, Technical Services.

Key Responsibilities   Understand customer requirements, technical dependencies, and Data Migration delivery processes to support successful project execution.
Serve as the primary interface between Sales, Project Managers, Resource Management, and delivery teams for project intake, scheduling, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
