Purpose:

The eCommerce Web Specialist supports the growth, adoption, and day-to-day effectiveness of our B2B eCommerce Platform (Web Shop). This role focuses on customer onboarding, platform adoption initiatives, content and journey optimization, and ongoing digital support activities.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT, the role helpsidentifyideal platform users, supports adoption campaigns, and contributes to continuous improvement of the self-service customer journey.

What you’ll do :

• Support customer acquisition and adoption initiatives through journey optimization and SEO hygiene
• Identify ideal customers andassistwith onboarding and outreach campaigns
• Deliver customer and internal training sessions
• Create tutorials and self-service learning materials
• Monitor platform performance andidentifyimprovement opportunities
• Support testing, issue tracking, and coordination with development teams
• Assist with day-to-day platform operations and inbox management

What it takes:

Experience working with SAP ERP

• Strongproficiencywith Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Salesforce and Hub Spot knowledgeisan asset
• Comfortable working across multiple systems
• Openness to learning automation and AI-enabled tools
• Nice tohave:experience with AI-enabled tools; candidates with stronger experience in automation or AI (e.g., Copilot, workflow agents) are encouraged and may grow faster within the role

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Systems / Technology
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, bilingual would be an asset
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
• A passion for staying informed about web, mobile, and digital media trends, current and future
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, is considered an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Analytics, Hub Spot, SEM Rush and other analytical tools
