Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair computer systems and components
• Properly document hardware and software changes
• Support and configure user account systems
• Train employees on repairs and product functionalities
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
Requirements:
• High school diploma; college/university enrollment/degree
• 1 year experience as a break/fix IT technician
• Technical expertise in current operating systems
• Ability to interpret technical documents
• Valid car for travel between locations
