Position: Senior Application Support Analyst (Mainframe)
Become a Senior Application Support Analyst with a strong focus on COBOL and AS400 at our dynamic Mississauga location. This full-time hybrid position is designed for individuals ready to tackle complex challenges in application support.

We require candidates with 6-8 years of experience, including 4 years in high-pressure environments. Proficiency in Mainframe DB2 and SQL is essential as you will directly impact client satisfaction and system reliability.

Your role will be pivotal in communication with upstream technology groups and problem-solving in real-time scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to resolve system issues

• Analyze and create SQL technical solutions

• Support the Unitrax record-keeping environment

• Recommend enhancements to existing applications

• Coordinate with offshore teams for ticket resolution

Requirements:

• 6-8 years in Application Support, with proven experience

• Strong skills in COBOL, SQL, and Mainframe technologies

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Availability for on-call support and weekend shifts

• Strong analytical capabilities and judgment in decision-making
