This role offers a unique combination of in-house technical support for our team as well consulting service with our clients in support of their unique business needs. You will manage complex IT issues while building lasting client relationships and fostering trust through personalized service and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site IT Support and

Collaboration:
- Provide hands-on technical support to internal teams and clients on-site, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to systems, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally.
- Ensure smooth operation of local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, and other infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and optimize internal IT operations.
- Assist in the implementation of new technology and system upgrades across the company.
Client Consulting:
- Provide technical consulting services to external clients, helping them optimize their IT systems and improve efficiency.
- Assess client IT environments, identifying areas for improvement and offering tailored solutions.
- Offer training and technical support to clients to ensure they can use their IT systems effectively.
Entrepreneurial Approach:
- Take ownership of your work and proactively identify ways to improve the IT systems and services for both internal teams and clients.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and IT trends, suggesting new solutions or improvements to clients and the company.
- Foster strong client relationships, aiming to exceed client expectations and support long-term partnerships.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of on-site visits, issues resolved, and system updates.
- Provide reports and feedback to management regarding client needs, challenges, and potential improvements.

Qualifications and

Educational Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Alternatively, relevant certifications in IT (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications) will be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Proven experience providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Experience working with external clients and providing IT consultation is highly preferred.
Technical

Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues across a range of devices and systems.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
- Knowledge of network configurations, LAN, wireless networks, and cloud technologies.
