In this crucial role, you will deliver functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM's Comp and Benefits modules. You will participate in client engagements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and ensuring quality implementations of HCM Payroll functionalities. Your strong communication skills will facilitate effective training and support for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementations and configuration of HCM modules
• Collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes
• Design and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• Proficiency in configuration and testing processes
• Strong client interaction and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant area
Utilize your technical skills while making meaningful contributions to client success.
