This role demands at least six years of application support experience, with two years in a 24x7 setting. You'll utilize your SQL skills for troubleshooting and database manipulation while engaging with clients and teams. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide timely solutions will be essential for supporting the Unitrax record-keeping system and internal groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Unitrax application and related systems
• Analyze databases and perform root cause analysis
• Develop SQL queries for troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal and external teams
• Document and resolve defect issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years as an Application Support Analyst
• Proficient in SQL and AS400 Cobol
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work weekends and in shifts
• Experience with FundSERV is a plus
