About the Role  McKesson is seeking a Digital Reporting Lead to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across Digital Workplace services. This role combines advanced analytics, Power BI development, executive reporting, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) measurement to help leaders optimize operations, adoption, support experience, productivity, and financial performance. The successful candidate will develop enterprise-level dashboards, KPI frameworks, OKR reporting, and executive scorecards while delivering impactful data storytelling that enables business outcomes.
What You'll Do   Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Digital Workplace operations.
Partner with business, technology, governance, and operational stakeholders to identify reporting needs and continuously improve analytics capabilities.
Build data models, semantic models, and scalable reporting datasets that support business intelligence initiatives.
Develop executive KPI, OKR, and scorecard reporting frameworks that provide insights into operational performance and strategic goals.
Create executive-ready visualizations and storytelling narratives that translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Analyze Digital Employee Experience (DEX) metrics using platforms such as Nexthink and related experience analytics tools.
Utilize SQL and data transformation techniques to integrate, cleanse, and prepare data from multiple enterprise sources.
Measure and report on service adoption, support experience, productivity, operational effectiveness, and financial health.
Basic Requirements   4+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or related analytical roles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models in an enterprise environment.
Experience creating executive-level KPI, OKR, and scorecard reporting.
Proficiency in SQL and Azure for data analysis, data extraction, and transformation.

Experience with data visualization and communicating insights to business and executive audiences.
Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple enterprise systems and data sources.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Skills/Experience   

Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms, including Nexthink or similar solutions.
Experience supporting Digital Workplace, Content Management Systems, Employee Experience, IT Operations, or End User Services organizations.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise reporting best practices.

Experience with cloud-based analytics and data warehousing environments.
Familiarity with reporting automation and self-service analytics solutions.
Experience conducting operational, financial, adoption, and service performance analytics.
Strong consultative, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced experience with executive storytelling, strategic reporting, and performance management frameworks.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
