Elevate your career as an Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant with Accenture in a hybrid role requiring three days in the office. You'll provide functional and technical support while enhancing client solutions.
In this senior consulting position, you will leverage at least five years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing solutions, performing fit-gap analyses, and training users in efficient system use. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide functional support for HCM Core HR modules
• Support implementations, including testing and documentation
• Gather client requirements and design effective solutions
• Offer end-user troubleshooting and guidance
• Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in client-facing roles
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English required
