As part of the IT team, you will report to the Director, IT Infrastructure, Support and Security.
Your role balances operational support and user enablement, ensuring top-notch collaboration experiences. Develop documentation and support change management activities to drive the effective use of platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and troubleshoot collaboration tool issues
• Configure system settings and permissions
• Conduct root cause analysis for escalated problems
• Enhance user metrics and engagement across platforms
• Train users for better adoption and understanding
Requirements:
• 3–5 years supporting enterprise collaboration platforms
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Zoom tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with compliance and security measures
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
