Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and business support for users of Citi applications
• Act as liaison between users, internal tech groups, and vendors
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases
• Analyze applications for risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of apps support procedures and financial industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with problem management tools
• Basic understanding of financial markets and products
Contribute to the success of Citi's trading desks through your expertise in apps support and problem-solving.
