As part of the IT team, you will manage and support various transportation applications relevant to our service operations. This includes troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and acting as the subject matter expert for application-related projects. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating project needs and coordinating IT initiatives as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on application support and troubleshooting
• Document and analyze project requirements and changes
• Manage the lifecycle of application systems
• Mentor staff through knowledge sharing
• Facilitate system training for end-users
Requirements:
• 5+ years in application or business analysis roles
• Knowledge of transportation management systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
