Lead RBC Insurance digital strategy in Mississauga, combining AI-driven innovation with enterprise platform delivery across customer and advisor channels.
As Senior Director, Digital Channels, you will own strategy and execution for Online Insurance and Advisor Portal platforms. You will guide digital roadmaps, improve client experiences, and support advisor productivity. The work spans RBC's proprietary technology ecosystem and Salesforce, with accountability for measurable outcomes. Success requires collaboration across Technology, Business, Digital & Data, Operations, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive multi-year roadmaps for Online Insurance and Advisor Portal platforms
- Translate client needs into measurable digital platform capabilities
- Lead initiatives across proprietary technology and Salesforce environments
- Manage operational budgets, delivery plans, KPIs, and status reporting
- Coach technical leaders and inspire developers, engineers, and specialists
- 10+ years leading digital delivery, platform engineering, or technology transformation
- 5+ years leading technical teams delivering enterprise-scale IT solutions
- Experience implementing AI-driven innovation across digital channels
- Expertise across legacy, modern, integrated, and hybrid technology ecosystems
- Enterprise financial institution or regulated industry delivery experience
