As a Data Strategy and Analytics Specialist, you will support Roche’s Real-World and Clinical Data Strategy team. The team develops data strategies for clinical, operational, and real-world data across Product Development. Your work supports evidence generation, data governance, FAIR principles, and data productization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop data strategies across clinical and real-world data
Advance data governance and FAIR principles
Enable data productization for Product Development
Support evidence generation and decision-making
Partner with internal functions and external collaborators
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field
Minimum three years working with structured healthcare data
Working knowledge of R or Python and SQL
Understanding of data dictionaries, mappings, or metadata tagging
Excellent communication explaining complex technical concepts clearly
Apply data strategy, governance, R or Python, and SQL expertise to strengthen Roche’s evidence-generation ecosystem in Mississauga.
