Support Fugro’s Mississauga office with Windows, Microsoft 365, and onsite technical service as its primary local IT resource. Work independently while coordinating reliable technology support for local and regional users.
This IT Support Specialist provides Level 1 and Level 2 assistance across desktop, service desk, site operations, and infrastructure coordination. The position supports laptops, mobile devices, printers, conference technology, networking, and approved applications. It also contributes to asset management and local projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incidents and service requests for Mississauga and regional IT services
- Troubleshoot workstations, connectivity, wireless access points, and site equipment
- Support Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and conference technology
- Coordinate onboarding, transfers, off-boarding, and local technology projects
- Maintain tickets, documentation, assets, software, and inventory records
- Seven or more years in IT support or infrastructure roles
- High School diploma; related degree highly preferred
- Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and identity administration knowledge
- Networking, ticketing, ITIL-aligned processes, and asset lifecycle experience
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions
