Support Citi production systems with Linux, SQL, Python, and monitoring tools in a full-time Technology Analyst Program. Build technical expertise through rotations.
The two-year Citi Technology Analyst Program starts in July and includes robust training. As a Production Support Analyst, you will maintain critical live systems, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with technology and business partners. Rotations provide exposure to multiple teams and technology areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor end-to-end application environments in real time
- Resolve incidents and complex production problems
- Improve monitoring and alerting with ITRS Geneos and Grafana
- Develop scripts and applications that automate processes
- Coordinate with developers and business teams
- Graduate between December 2026 and May 2027
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
- Basic algorithmic programming interview capability
- Excellent communication, leadership, and attention to detail
- Willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones
Develop production support, automation, monitoring, and problem-solving skills while contributing to Citi’s resilient technology foundation.
