Bilingual Digital Health Specialist

Support digital health adoption as a bilingual Change Management Specialist with Amplify Care, using structured methodology and technical implementation skills. Work with clinicians and partners across community settings.

This specialist supports successful implementation and adoption of digital health and AI solutions. The work integrates change management activities across Amplify Care programs while supporting clinicians, health service practitioners, and organizations. You will apply technical skills, improve workflows, and help embed tools into clinical processes.

• Apply structured change management methodology to implementation efforts
• Support clinicians and organizations using electronic medical records
• Conduct implementation activities and document lessons learned
• Track adoption, utilization, and proficiency through measurement systems
• Identify resistance and implement corrective actions

• Bilingual fluency in English and French
• At least three years of digital health or healthcare experience
• Post-secondary education in healthcare, information technology, or related fields
• Understanding of electronic medical records and clinical processes
• Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, and detail skills
