Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise with IKO Industries Ltd. in Mississauga, Ontario, supporting Finance and Supply Chain solutions globally.
This ERP Business Systems Analyst liaises with business stakeholders and global technical teams. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, validate configuration, test solutions, support data migration, and provide production support. The work spans multiple functional areas, integrations, customizations, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather requirements from Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, and Operations
- Analyze Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes
- Configure and validate Finance and Supply Chain functionality
- Lead testing, defect resolution, migration, cutover, and hypercare
- Deliver workshops, documentation, and end-user training
- At least eight years as an ERP Analyst or Functional Consultant
- At least five recent years with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Three end-to-end Business Central implementations as a core team member
- Finance and Supply Chain implementation and production support experience
- Based in Mississauga and authorized to work in Canada
