Essential for this position is a comprehensive understanding of the insurance market, coupled with exceptional negotiation skills to tailor plans that fit client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with personalized insurance solutions

• Assess existing policies and recommend necessary adjustments

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities in all insurance lines

• Research and present customized insurance product options

• Guide clients through the claims process with full support

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or similar advisory role

• Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with performance history

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities

• RIBO license required or in the process of obtaining
