Able Insurance is expanding its team and looking for a motivated Insurance Broker. This role involves collaborating across departments and with clients to manage and market insurance policies. A strong grasp of the insurance market and negotiation expertise is critical for curating successful insurance plans that fulfill client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and sustain strong client relationships for personalized insurance offerings
• Evaluate existing insurance policies and recommend strategic changes
• Actively pursue cross-selling and upselling within all lines
• Conduct research on insurance products and present tailored options
• Support clients throughout the claims process with guidance
Requirements:
• Established experience as an Insurance Broker or in a similar capacity
• Understanding of personal and commercial insurance products
• Proven sales and negotiation track record
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• RIBO license required or in process
