We are looking for motivated and client-focused Licensed Insurance Brokers to join our team at Billyard Insurance Group.

As a RIBO Licensed Insurance Broker, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide personalized solutions across personal lines, including auto, home, and related insurance products.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, managing policies, and ensuring clients receive exceptional advice and service throughout their insurance journey.

• Provide professional advice on personal insurance products, primarily auto and home
• Develop customized insurance solutions based on individual client needs
• Generate and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Quote, bind, process, and service insurance policies accurately and efficiently
• Work with insurance markets and underwriters to secure competitive coverage
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional insurance solutions
• Maintain compliance with RIBO regulations, brokerage procedures, and insurer requirements
• Stay current with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes

• Valid RIBO license is required
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance, particularly auto and home
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A genuine commitment to client service and finding the right coverage
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with insurance technology, broker management systems, and insurer platforms
• Previous insurance sales or brokerage/agency experience is preferred
• Newly RIBO-licensed candidates with strong sales or customer-service experience are encouraged to apply
