As a Product Support Specialist, you will work onsite five days a week, directly assisting external customers. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients regarding proprietary software and hardware, conducting preventive maintenance, and managing service orders efficiently. Your technical expertise will be essential in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot technical problems with infusion pumps
• Perform preventive maintenance as required
• Interview customers for diagnostic insights
• Log service activities in SAP ECC and Salesforce
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational standards
Requirements:
• Graduate in Biomedical Electronics or related field
• Customer service experience in medical devices preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with MS Office, SAP or Salesforce beneficial
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
