At Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, we’re seeking an experienced Field Quality Specialist. This role involves directing Field Service and Product Warranty functions, while providing top-notch technical support to our agent network and customers. You’ll also analyze and implement corrective actions for product-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Field Service and Technical Services activities

• Provide technical support to agent network and customers

• Analyze issues to recommend product design changes

• Negotiate and authorize product repairs or refunds

• Manage the Canadian Warranty Budget

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong research skills using email and the Internet

• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
