• Translate documents and other materials primarily from English into French, approximately 90% of the workload
• Translate from French into English as required, approximately 10% of the workload
• Maintain meaning, tone, accuracy, and clarity across both languages
• Translate professional materials, including legal documents, marketing content, internal communications, reports, presentations, and client correspondence
• Translate software-related content when required for projects
• Review and revise translations completed internally or by external resources
• Maintain consistent terminology across documents and assignments
• Manage multiple assignments and changing priorities while meeting deadlines
• Complete additional translation-related responsibilities as required

• Demonstrated ability to translate professionally from English into French
• Bachelor’s degree in translation, or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, skills, and professional experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while responding positively to direction and feedback
• Ability to manage several assignments in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
