Bilingual Mental Health Care Coordinator

Support mental health clients remotely with English and French fluency, empathy, and clear communication across Canada. Help make therapy access simple and human.
As a Bilingual Care Coordinator, you will guide prospective clients through intake and ongoing care at Shift Collab. You will communicate with clients, therapists, and referral partners while coordinating schedules, insurance communications, and virtual sessions. This hourly role offers 25 to 35 hours weekly, with consistent weekend and midweek evening availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bilingual phone and video intake conversations
Guide clients toward therapists matching their needs
Manage email, phone, and live chat communications
Coordinate schedules, waitlists, and appointment conflicts
Support video therapy rooms and technical troubleshooting
Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English and French
Five or more years in healthcare client care
Experience supporting vulnerable populations or mental health services
Strong communication, multitasking, and scheduling abilities
Weekend and midweek evening availability until 8 PM Pacific
