Support mental health clients in English and French from anywhere in Canada, using empathy, organization, and clear communication throughout care.
Shift Collab is hiring a Bilingual Care Coordinator for its virtual therapy practice. You will guide potential clients through intake, connect them with suitable therapists, and support ongoing care. The role works closely with clinical and operations teams while managing communications, scheduling, and administrative details.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct bilingual intake conversations by phone or video
- Guide clients toward therapists matching their needs
- Manage email, phone, and live chat communications
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and waitlists
- Support insurance verification, billing, and video rooms
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French
- Five-plus years in healthcare or similar client care
- Proven commitment to high-quality customer service
- Empathetic approach when supporting vulnerable clients
- Weekend and midweek evening availability required
