As a Director, you will lead the transformation of our supply chain functions, focusing on logistics, procurement, and inventory management.

Your role will be key in developing compliant and efficient logistics processes. With your proactive approach, you will ensure that materials are delivered timely to support manufacturing demands and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics and ensure compliance with trade regulations

• Establish and manage trade compliance programs

• Negotiate master service agreements with carriers for efficiency

• Conduct monthly S&OP meetings to align supply with demand

• Drive effective inventory targets and strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain; MBA favored

• 10+ years in supply chain and operations; 5+ years in medical devices

• Profound knowledge of international customs regulations

• Demonstrated success in building supply chain functions

• Proficient in ERP systems for supply chain management
