In this role, you will facilitate communication between the company and valued clients, addressing order concerns, pricing, and logistical challenges. Engage with teams to ensure expectations are met, resolving issues and optimizing processes for seamless workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily logistics with international customers
• Maintain updated price lists for accurate invoicing
• Process and track orders diligently
• Handle customer queries regarding shipments
• Collaborate with sales for order accuracy and planning
Requirements:
• Required university degree/diploma or relevant experience
• 3-5 years in customer supply chain environments
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in relevant software and MS Office, especially Excel
Play an integral role in Canada Packers’ commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the supply chain.
