About the Role
NCS is looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to serve as the critical link between our customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams, keeping orders moving smoothly from placement to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in order management systems
• Prepare and review sales contracts, commercial invoices, and purchase orders
• Maintain clear, organized documentation and filing systems across all order and shipment records
• Track orders from placement to delivery; follow up with customers on status, payment, and modifications
2. Logistics & Shipment Coordination
• Source and evaluate carrier quotations; arrange transportation and prepare BOLs
• Schedule pickups, verify shipment readiness, and track deliveries through to completion
• Prepare customs clearance documentation and ensure regulatory compliance for international shipments
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and warehouse teams; support demand planning to optimize freight costs
• Verify invoice details against purchase orders and coordinate payment submissions with the accounting department
3. Inventory & Reporting
• Maintain real-time inventory tracking and update management systems accordingly
• Prepare weekly and month-end inventory reports
• Submit finalized supplier invoices to the accounting manager for payment authorization
4. Communication & Coordination
• Actively communicate and collaborate across Sales, Accounting, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
• Participate in internal supply chain meetings and coordinate cross-functional scheduling
• Report on operational metrics and escalate supply chain issues or delays promptly
Qualifications
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Experience with order management and inventory systems
• Knowledge of ocean and truck freight, and import documentation
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, within a range of $45,000 to $60,000
