Operations and Pricing Specialist

Elevate operational efficiency with Global Supply Chain Logistics Inc. as a Pricing & Operations Specialist. This full-time role focuses on accurate pricing, quote coordination, and shipment execution in a collaborative in-office environment. In this position, you will leverage over three years of logistics experience to manage local pricing and coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Prepare and manage local pricing and quotes for customer requests
• Coordinate with carriers and stakeholders for rates and service details
• Maintain accurate rate records and documentation
• Monitor shipments and flag delays or risks proactively
• Communicate requirements and changes with customers and teams

• Minimum of three years in supply chain or logistics
• Robust organizational and written communication skills
  
  High attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Collaborative in an in-office team environment
• Familiar with Cargo Wise preferred
