Operations Supervisor; Night Shift

Position: Metro Supply Chain Operations Supervisor (Night Shift)
Take charge of evening operations with Metro Supply Chain as an Operations Supervisor. This role, spanning from 10 PM to 6 AM, emphasizes health and safety while delivering operational excellence.

As a dedicated supervisor reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities include workforce scheduling, performance monitoring, and customer relations. You will draw upon your extensive distribution experience to foster a strong team culture focused on continuous improvement. Two years of supervisory experience are essential for this operational leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee shift scheduling and labor management

• Deliver effective briefings to ensure information flow

• Track task performance and support staff

• Monitor order picking to prevent delays

• Analyze departmental performance metrics weekly

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in distribution, ideally within 3PL

• Two years of relevant supervisory experience

• Familiarity with MHE and warehouse management systems

• Proficiency in AS400, SAP, UKG Pro is a plus

• Excellent attendance and punctuality record required
